Delivery is very unreliable. I received email notice that my full order was delivered, only to find out that only half was delivered. When I first called I was told that the order was put in the shipping bin for the mailboxes. Shipping bins are not 4 feet long but the help desk said it would fit in. Checked the delivery bin and no it was not. Called back to find out the order was NOT completely delivered and the other parts are in transit. Why was this not conveyed on the email stating that everything was delivered? Since i received the email of complete delivery I scheduled work to begin with these parts the next day only to find out it was not completely delivered. AUtomated system such as your can easily inform of partial delivery since that information is in you company system
Very well made, fit perfect I purchased a large step drill bit at harbor freight for $17 that really helped to enlarge a hole in the frame rail on my 2018 Nissan Rogue I would definitely recommend your products.
Ultimately this for the rogue sport required professional installation as grinding and fishing of nuts was involved. Unlike that for the Nissan Rogue which simply bolted on.
However if you own a die grinder this would be doable. Great product though
Hitch installed with no problems. Works great.
I removed the bumper cover and reinforcement. It let me slide the bolt plates in from the back on the driver's side. I didn't have to cut my frame!
Shortly after I installed this hitch on on my wife's 2017 Rouge Sport the car was totaled in a hail storm. She purchased an indentical 2022 model. I removed the hitch and reinstalled it on the replacemnet vechile. Same great fit, function and appearance.
This fit my 2021 Nissan Rogue perfect. Came with everything needed to install with instructions. On their website they had a video showing time install step by step. Great product. Customer service 2nd to none. Corrin was who I spoke to and she was awesome !!!
The shipping carrier originally lost some of the hardware but etrailer replaced the hardware in a timely manner making this an easy process.
The trailer hitch receiver is well made and pretty easy to install.
I'm very happy with it and the price was very reasonable.

Curt rear hitch receiver was a perfect fit on my 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport. Quality product, fast delivery from etrailer, installation video was spot on and very helpful. A needed addition for my bicycle rack.
It has worked great carrying my bike on a bike rack.
Well based on the purchase and speaking to a customer service rep for strainer, my parts where not the right ones. Had to order them from someone else. The electrical components did not connect to my turn signals and that is a major importance to a customer they should be able to click on. And the hitch sits way back into my bumper.
curt makes a wonderful product . Had originally ordered a drawtight , did no t fit terrible finish , ugly welds , did not fit ., defective . etrailer made it very easy to return , emailed me a pre paid return label in order to expedite . they credited my account the day after they received the defective hitch . I reordered the curt hitch the same day & had it 3 days later .I was a bit apprehensive , but pleasantly surprised . the Curt hitch fit perfectly , neat strong welds & not a mark on the finish & oh by the way about 10 lbs ligher , important since I was doing this install alone . Will at etrailer was a great help & made fell confident everything would be taken care of . Great staff at etrailer.

Trailer came very quickly, (3 days earlier than expected) and fit the vehicle without major modification. We opted to have it installed at Uhaul location because they had the lift/tools for fitting the hitch. We also used it to carry 4 bikes 1000 miles from Colorado to Texas.
The hitch is great. It's not the first Curt product I've used. The big issue is with the car i mounted it on. The Nissan Rogue requires enlarging some holes in the under frame which is not simple. That said, the other Curt hitches I've installed have been straight forward and fairly simple for the novice to install. I can recommend their products as they are well constructed.

As expected. Strong construction and fit like a charm. The installation was a bit tricky on the Nissan Rogue, but that was due to the vehicle manufacturers lack of foresight. We mostly used it for carrying a hitch mount cargo carrier, and it was the cats meow for that purpose. No complaints about the Curt product!
