Will Part # STL70RB replace a Trucklite model 60? Installed on a PACE enclosed utility trailer.

Based on the dimensions for the Truck Lite Model 60 that you have it matches the Optronics 10-LED Trailer Tail Light # STL72RB so this light will work as a replacement for you. The 48-LED version # STL70RB that you referenced is the same size and will work too.
For a grommet you would need the part # A70GB and then for a harness part # A45PB.
