Hey Dirk, thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you’re good to go. The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A86ZA is designed to work with inside-the-rail tonneau covers like the Truxedo hard roll-up in your picture. From what it looks like, if you’re running something like the Truxedo Sentry or a similar inside-mount cover, the rack will clamp to the bed rails without interfering.

Because the cover mounts inside the rails, it leaves the top of the bed rails open for the rack uprights, so you can run both at the same time without drilling or giving up your bed cover. It’s a clean setup and a pretty popular combo.

What will you be using the rack for mostly?

Thanks for letting me know. I’m looking to have a way to transport extension ladders and a few pieces of longer dimensional lumber from time to time and still be able to secure items in the bed.

@DirkS Ok nice! Yes the Adarac will work great for that! It has a 500 lb capacity so it can handle a good bit of gear.

@JesseM Jesse, forgot to ask how high above bed rails does the assembled rack sit? Checking for garage door height.

@Dirk I don't have exact figures for that on hand but typically it sits about 3" above the height of the cab. Let me reach out to my contact at Adarac and see if I can get an exact number. I'll post back in here when I hear back. How much extra clearance do you have now from the garage door to the cab?
