We need a 5 lug wheel with a 4inch center opening size 20.5x8.0-10 for an older Tracker Pontoon trailer 30 feet long. Dual axles. What do you recommend that would work? Thanks

There is a 5 lug wheel that has a 4 inch pilot hole opening, the Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel # AM20053 which is 10 inches in diameter and 6 inches wide with a 5 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern; it is a direct replacement for wheels on Tracker boat trailers so it should work great for you.
You will then need to use tires that will fit 10 inch by 6 inch wheels and for that a great option is the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 # AM1HP56. I have added links to video reviews of both the wheel and tire for you to check out.
