We can get your 2014 Hyundai Tucson ready for towing your 2009 Aliner Alite compact camping trailer. Since you already have the 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch you will need a ball mount, hitch ball, wiring and perhaps some towing mirrors to complete your setup.
Based on my research the single-axle Alite does not have trailer brakes (since it has a dry weight of only a few hundred pounds it does not have to have them) so you should not need a brake controller. If it does have brakes then I suggest the P2 controller # 90885. If the Alite does have 7-way type wiring such as the plug shown in the linked photo (and in the article I included for you) then you can install a 7-way on your Tucson.
You will want to order 4-pole kit # 118501 and 7-way wiring kit # ETBC7 to complete your wiring. These items will give you a complete 7-way wiring setup with all lighting and power functions including a 12V charging circuit. The kit also allows installation of a brake controller.
The Class II ball mount recommended for your hitch and vehicle is part # 36051. This provides 1-1/4-inches of drop. This mount can use either 1-7/8-inch hitch ball # 19256 or 2-inch # 19258; just check the stamping on the Alite's coupler to confirm which size it needs. For a lock to secure the ball mount you can use # e98880.
Based on the height above ground for the hitch tube when we installed this hitch it on a 2015 Tucson you should end up right at your desired 17-inch height ball height. You want the hitched trailer frame to be level with the ground. The linked article shows how to take a quick measurement to confirm the correct ball mount height.
For a set of towing mirrors I suggest the K-Source clip-on set # KS3891-2.
