The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75278 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2004 Chevrolet Venture. When installing the hitch on your vehicle, you will need to drill a 1/2 inch hole on the vehicle frame rails.
