The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75278 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2004 Chevrolet Venture. When installing the hitch on your vehicle, you will need to drill a 1/2 inch hole on the vehicle frame rails. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also take a look at so you can see exactly what the process will be.
This Class III hitch will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and has a 3,500 pound towing weight capacity.
