Are all 5 bolt flange patterns the same for axles? Thanks.

Most 5-bolt brakes use flange # 4-44-1. That's not to say that there aren't some oddball or older styles that might have had a different 5-bolt pattern but the vast majority are going to use what could be considered as the standard. I included a picture showing the spacing between the bolts on the 5-bolt flange.
