The best hitch mounted fold-up bike rack we have for your 2017 Hyundai Elantra is the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY87RR. The RockyMounts HighNoon has a 1-1/4" shank. It is a wheel mount bike rack that secures the bikes over the wheels and will not have any issues with a bike that has an alternative frame and will accommodate bikes with fenders. It also has a very strong weight capacity of 60 lbs. There is both a bike and hitch lock included on top of the lifetime warranty.
