Can Bike On be Added to RockyMounts HighNoon FC Single Bike Rack

Jameson, Thank you for responding to my question about the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo 1-bike rack, and which add-on solo rack would be best. Im worried: I ordered the 1-bike rack from Amazon and it was delivered today. It can work with 1-1/4inch and 2inch hitch receivers. While looking for installation information I believe I read that ONLY the FC solo bike racks for 2inch receivers not the combination model for hitch receivers can be used for the additional bike rack add-on. Is that correct?
