Will RockyMoutns MonoRail Fit in Curt Hitch for 2026 Hyundai Tucson

Hello, will this hitch work with RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2inch Hitches - I purchased this bike rack from you previously but have changed vehicles. I did look at the bike rack diagram and it shows 4.25” as the clearance when in stowed / folded position but what I cannot tell about this hitch from your listing is if the receiver is even when installed with the furthest part out of the rear bumper?

Hey David, your RockyMounts MonoRail 2 bike rack # RKY10004 will fit and work great in the Curt hitch part # C94WR. When this hitch is installed there will be 3-1/4 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole out to the furthest point on the rear bumper so that would mean you'd have an inch of clearance available for it to fit and clear. How do you like the MonoRail?

When I bought my Kia I wanted a trailer hitch to pull my trailers. The dealer wanted over $500.00 for theirs!! I checked theirs out and compared it to the one I got at Etrailer... same exact one!! It has strong mounting points to the frame and it's easy to put on your car.. so easy even a Ford owner could do it! But do read the directions first...

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver works just as well as the Kia MFG equipment at a better price. The quality is just as good and installation is straightforward. Product will work well with any 2”inch hitch or 1.5” equipment you plan to install. Follow the steps from the videos provided with Etrailer and you are all set !

I purchased the hitch for a 2023 Tucson SEL, everything lined up as if the Factory did it. I put the hitch on by myself (ok a floor jack helped) in about an hour in my driveway. I did cut the bottom panel, which the directions said I could toss to fit back in, dremel and adjusted, just looks better. The wire was a 5-minute plug and play, worse part of that was figuring how I wanted to run and secure the wiring. Works great, towing limitation is 2000 lbs, and I have towed 1500 with no issues. My older no-name bike rack fits just fine because I have to use a 2" to 1 1/2-inch reducer. this is the 4th hitch over the years I've bought from E-trailer, service is great and they will pick up the phone and answer questions.
