Question:

I have a Korean-built 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. The C11400 seems like the best option for me, but I want to look through the install PDF before I bite the bullet and buy. Can you send me a copy of it, or help me figure out how to download it? I cant seem to make the link work. Thanks!

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11400 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback. It will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation and it does indeed fit models built in Korea.

I have attached the complete working installation instructions for the hitch that you can take a look at.

Please note that with this hitch Curt does require the use of a stabilizing strap # 18050 when using it with any non-trailer load like a bike rack or cargo carrier. I have attached a short video demonstration on this strap so you can see exactly how it works.
