Question:
I purchased both right and left tail lights for my 2003 Jeep and found out I dont have room to get to the back side of the jeep to put the nut on the studs, can the studs be removed so I can use the oem screws to mount the light housing?

Expert Reply:
The Jeep-Style Combination LED Tail Light w/ Backup Light and License Plate Light - Driver Side # STL60RLBP and Passenger Side # STL60RB are not intended for use on a Jeep. They are simply the Jeep Style and are intended for trailer use. You will not be able to modify the lights without voiding a warranty. The studs are used for mounting only, so you technically can alter the mount without impacting function.
