I am hoping to look at the brakes this week I have to assume they are 12x2 A’s they have 6 lug nuts. Also I was quoted for self adjusting. Is it possible to use same drum without self adjusting. And what would the total be did 4

I did some research and it appears that your 2012 Jayco Jay Flight Series M-33 RLDS has a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,300 lbs. Since you have dual dexter axles, it is likely that they either have a 5,200 lb capacity or a 3,500 lb capacity. The axle capacity will be needed to determine the correct replacement braking assemblies.
If you have 3,500 lb axles then I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA. If you have 5,200 lb axles then I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA. They are both self-adjusting which means you do not have to adjust them periodically to ensure proper wear. As long as you pick the correct set that corresponds to your axle's capacity then they will work with your existing hub/drums.
The best way to determine if you have 3,500 lb or 5,200 lb axles would be to crawl underneath the trailer and look for a white sticker placed on the centerline of either axle. This sticker will tell you what the axle capacity is. I have attached a review/install video on one of the braking assemblies for you as well.
