What is the outside diameter of the outside tube?

I went out to the warehouse to measure a etrailer Round Jack, # TJA-5000S-B. The outer tube diameter is 2-1/4 inches. The inner tube diameter is 2 inches. I used digital dial calipers to take the measurements.

Hello, I’m gonna send two stream liner which is similar to an airstream and I’ve got to use your problem with the tongue jack being 2 inches below and 2 1/4 above it.
