How Hot Does the Kat's Heaters Thermal Battery Wrap Get On The Battery?

How hot does this heater get the battery?

The Kat's Heaters Thermal Battery Wrap for Batteries # KH22200 does not give a specific temperature the pad heats to. The idea is to help the battery to feel like it is 80 degrees outside to give you the normal cranking power required to start your vehicle. The instructions say not to use the heater at all when outside temperatures are above freezing, so it is only intended to be used in extreme cold. I've attached a photo on cold cranking power versus normal cranking power to assist.
