I need a trailer hitch for my Honda Pilot 2016 AWD with full size spare tire, which hitch will work for me considering the spare tire size? Regards

Both hitch options for your 2016 Honda Pilot AWD, Curt # C13146 and etrailer # e98840, will work with an 18-inch spare but not the larger optional spare tire sizes.
The spare will still need to be lowered or removed temporarily during installation to give you easier access to the hitch mounting points on the frame.
