The Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans # FVK8017-00 is the correct replacement for all bow-tie style bracket, motor, blade assemblies. This will fit your model 5000RBT fan (also known as # FV802250).
