The Curt MV # C17057 system and the Curt MV # C17063 system that you referenced are actually the same WD system. The only difference is that the part # C17063 comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball and a friction sway control whereas the part # C17057 doesn't come with either option. I recommend going with part # C17063 because you will need a hitch ball anyways and the sway control will help to reduce sway that you would experience from wind and passing vehicles. Please note that the sway control bar that is included must be removed before backing up.
For a Curt WD option that comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball and an integrated sway control that doesn't require removal before backing up you could use the Curt TruTrack # C17501 instead.
Be sure that the WD system that you choose has a Tongue Weight (TW) range that the Total Tongue Weight (TTW) of your towing setup falls in the middle of. You can find your TTW by adding the TW of your fully loaded and ready-to-go trailer along with the weight of any cargo that sites behind the rear axle of your Cadillac Escalade. You will also want to make sure that your trailer is properly loaded so that it has a TW that is 10-15% of the weight of the loaded trailer.
For the Curt MV WD systems, # C17057 and # C17063, they have a TW rating of 1,000 lbs - 1,400 lbs and the TruTrack # C17501 has a TW rating of 1,000 lbs - 1,500 lbs.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
