How Does Curt TriFlex NEXT Brake Controller Mount

How do you mount the Curt Triflex Next brake controller? doesn't look like a regular bracket

You're right, the mounting bracket is unique (in a good way) for the Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV.

The bracket is smaller and all you do is put the included adhesive tape on the bracket and stick it wherever you like under your dash. Screws are also included and you can use them with the adhesive to mount the bracket under your dash. Then you'll simply slide in the TriFlex NEXT controller and that's it.

This type of bracket takes up less space than the normal U-shaped bracket most brake controllers come with, so you won't be losing any leg space in your cab. And so you can get a better idea of how it works, I have gone ahead and added photos showing the bracket and TriFlex NEXT # C24VV.

I need to purchase another mounting bracket for my Curt Triflex NEXT brake controller so I can use it in a second vehicle. I believe the part number for the bracket with the adhesive pads is 19297, but that part number isn't available on your website or on the Curt website. How do I buy a second mounting bracket?

@Svaraman Hey there Svaraman, you were having a hard time finding the second bracket because we didn't have it on the site. I worked my magic and was able to get it added, you want the Replacement Mounting Bracket for Curt NEXT Brake Controllers # C24MJ. Did you need vehicle specific pigtail for the second vehicle as well? If so, send me over the year, make, and model and I will get you a part number.

@KateF Thanks! FWIW, I was only able to find the bracket using your link. Searching for "C24MJ" or "19297" on etrailer.com yielded zero results so anybody else won't be able to find it. I was able to find the wiring harness I needed on my own. I ordered both. Thanks!
