To tow a vehicle behind a vehicle you can either use a tow dolly like # RM-2050-1 or install a flat towing setup using a tow bar and related components. These items include the tow bar, of course, plus safety cables, a lighting/wiring kit of some kind, and base plates and a braking system on the vehicle being towed. A high/low hitch adapter is sometimes required when an RV tows a vehicle but two pickups may not need one since their heights above the road are similar.

You can refer to the linked articles on flat towing for more background on each of these components. The overview article will give you a good recap of the equipment needed for safe and legal flat towing. You will also want to check the owner's manual for the truck being towed since some versions of certain vehicles can require preparation steps to get them ready to be towed. Your owner's manual should indicate any such requirements under the heading recreational towing and will tell you if dolly towing is permitted.

For a 1995 C/K Series pickup you can use base plate kit # BX1712 from Blue Ox along with a tow bar such as their Alpha # BX7380 which includes the required safety cables. For a lighting kit you can use either diode kit # RM-154 or a simple-to-install magnetic kit such as # TL21RK and for a braking system I suggest the portable Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR.
