Thank you for the photo! Since I can see your 1993 GMC Pickup is a 4-wheel drive model, according to the online version of your owner's manual, your pickup can be flat towed.
To safely flat tow a vehicle behind an RV you will need a set of custom fit base plates, a tow bar, tow bar wiring, safety cables and a supplemental braking system. I will make my recommendations below:
# BX1712 Base Plates - The removable arms offer a more hidden look.
# BX4330 Tow Bar (safety cables are included) - Features non-binding telescoping arms which makes hook up a breeze.
# RM-15267 Tow Bar Wiring - The most popular among C/K Series Pickup owners and your most reliable option.
# BLU37TR Supplemental braking system - Portable system with simple set-up so you can easily transfer to another vehicle.
You will likely also need a high-low adapter to ensure you're within the "safe" zone or within 3 inches above or below level. High-low adapters provide this necessary rise or drop. Once you've installed your base plates you will need to measure from the ground to the bottom of the base plate arms that attach to the tow bar (when parked on level ground). Then measure from the ground to the top of the receiver opening on the RV. I have attached a link to our available selections.
It's important to mention that your owner's manual states that your ignition key has to be off, the steering wheel should be clamped in a straight-ahead position (do not use the vehicle's steering column lock for this) and the transmission and transfer case, if you have one, should be in neutral with the parking brake released. I recommend double checking this information on your hard copy of the owner's manual.
