It currently has just a standard tongue on it so looking for option with and with out having to replace the tongue. The truck pulling it will be an F150 Raptor and has full towing capability installed from factory. The axels on the trailer due have the 4 bolt pattern for brakes to be attached.

With a 6000 lb capacity on your pontoon trailer and 13 inch wheels, you most likely have 3500 lb axles. For this, you will want Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35R-SA and the left side assembly # AKEBRK-35L-SA. The mounting hardware kit is # BIK-00. You will want to run 10 gauge wire to these brake assemblies and it can be purchased by the foot # 10-2-1. To finish your wiring, I recommend the 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box # HS381-9000. This will give you a clean connection using ring terminals like # 44-5310A.
If you have standard axles, you will want the hub and drum assemblies # AKHD-545-35-K. You will want to check your bearing diameters to ensure this is the correct assembly, but most of the time it is. You will also want to check the bolt pattern to make sure they will fit your wheels, if either of these are off, let me know and I'll help you get the right hubs for your application.
This will give you electric brakes for your trailer. If you want to use a hydraulic system, I recommend changing your coupler for the Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum - Multi-Fit Ball - Bolt On - 6K # T4745720. You can use the same hubs, but you will need the Hydraulic Trailer Brake - Uni-Servo - Free Backing - 10" - Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKFBBRK-35R and the left hand # AKFBBRK-35L. The same hardware above will work for installation. You will also need the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 25' Long, 1/4" Main Line # HS496-252. You can use the same trailer wiring with junction box for the electrical components and the electric lockout of your surge brake coupler.
