Can etrailer Electric Trailer Jack Replace Manual A-Frame Jack On Utility Trailer

Hi etrailer, I'm getting tired of cranking the manual jack on my utility trailer. Is the e72QV basically a bolt-on upgrade if I already have a standard A-frame jack or is there additional wiring I need to install? Do I need a battery?

Hey Kyle! The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e72QV is a straightforward bolt-on upgrade for your utility trailer. This will fit the standard A-frame jack bolt pattern where your manual jack is currently installed.
The nice part with this particular jack is you won't have to add a battery or any additional wiring to power the jack. It has a 7-way connector, so you can plug it directly into your tow vehicle for power. We also have the # e28KV, which is the same jack but includes a tongue weight scale to help with loading.

I mainly use it for my zero-turn and other lawn equipment. Being able to use the truck for power instead of adding a battery is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
