Does Upright Mast of Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack Fold Down

Question:
Hi, I would be purchasing this rack to be used on a 2014 Ford F-150. I just want to verify that once I have unloaded bikes, that I can fold the mast down, allowing me to fold down the tailgate to unload other bikes, etc. Reason I ask is, on the next model up...... the description specifically mentions the fold down mast feature. Thats it, other than to ask about freight..., for the Swagman XTC-2, the freight is included? Best Regards,

Yes, the upright mast of the Swagman XTC2 part # S64670 that you referenced does fold down.
