Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Reciever # C69VV has been confirmed to fit your 2024 Subaru Outback. This receiver requires no drilling or welding onto your frame for a simple bolt on installation. You will have to drill an hole or 2 in the muffler heat shield to give clearance for the mounting plates. I have linked the installation instructions below so you can see this step.

I do recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56040 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which is most commonly used on small trailers. It will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are carrying a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
