Nope, there is no cutting or trimming of the bumper fascia whatsoever on your 2024 Subaru Outback when installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C69VV.
There is also no drilling into the frame of your Outback either, which I only mention because it is a fairly common question so I just wanted to address it real quick.
Additionally, if you also need a 4-way trailer wiring harness the correct part for your '24 Outback is the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56040.
