I need to know which parts to order for trailer light wiring for a 2016 Silverado without the trailer tow option.

For a 2016 Silverado 1500 without the factory trailer wiring option you can use one of the trailer wiring harness kits shown on the linked page.
Your truck will have a round U.S. Car type connector under the rear bumper. To this you can connect a 4-pole type harness like # C55384 or a 7-way like # 41157.
A 4pole connector carries only stop, turn and taillight signals. A 7-way carries these same signals plus three additional circuits, typically for trailer brakes, 12V auxiliary trailer power and reverse lights.
