If you plan to use the track exclusively for securing a side by side, I do recommend using E-track for this purpose. It will be plenty strong to support a side by side, and you will be able to get wheel chock and tie down kits that will work nicely.
You can either use a few long continuous section of e track like the # e52VR which is 94" long, or you can do individual smaller sections like the # EM59150 which is 2 feet long. Personally I would prefer the individual smaller sections. They will take up less space on the floor, and because once you have them properly spaced you can leave an open section of floor, to give you a clear indicator of exactly where to park your side by side. You can use a wheel tie down like the # EM58523, and/or wheel chock like the # EM09162-2. A wheel chock and wheel strap on each wheel will be plenty to secure your side by side.
