  Hey Jim. The only option I have to replace the bolts for the Curt Hitch item # C13119 is to purchase the Replacement Hardware Kit item # RHK. This kit will have the bolts you need in the correct size and grade. You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and on the right hand side where it says Hitch Item Number you'll want to insert C13119. This will have the four HHCS,M10x1.25,30,CL10.9,YZ bolts you need to complete your installation.

  I do have an option for you to obtain the correct replacement hardware for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13119 which is a fit for a Honda CR-V.
