Question:
Is it possible to have a 2 pin pigtail from the factory because thats all I can find? I attached a picture of it. There is something wrapped up in Black Tape above it also I have not unwrapped it yet

It is not uncommon for a brake controller port to be taped up so that very well could be it. The 2-prong one is not it. Brake controller wiring has 4 functions, ground, power in, power out to the brakes, and input from the brake switch.
If your 2007 Toyota Tacoma did not come with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then that brake controller port may not be present. If it does have the factory 7-Way then it is also possible that the factory port has fallen behind the driver's side kick panel to the left of the e-brake pedal. It could also be tucked up above some other wiring in that same general area.
