I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra 4 wheel drive TRD I have a 1 inch block under the leaf springs Do I need a spacer, if so, what size? Thank you.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Rear Axle Air Helper Spring Kit # F2245 is the one that fits your 4WD 2001 Tundra. This kit's lower bracket mounts to the leaf spring stack, next to the axle and the stock jounce bumper, as shown in the linked diagram. A 1-inch spacer block under your spring stack should not affect the positioning of the system to the point that you would need to modify the installation.
