Both the # ETBC7 and the Curt # C57186 are universal 7-way kits, but I recommend the # ETBC7 over the # C57186 for ease of install and because it comes with a wire tester included. Both kits require a 4-way being installed on the vehicle to plug in the initial functions. For your vehicle you will want to install the # 18252.
I really like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 because it is a proportional brake controller which means it senses how the tow vehicle is slowing or stopping and applies the trailer's brakes with the same intensity. It also has a full display screen instead of codes that need deciphering. The P2 # 90885 is like the P3's little brother, it has all the great qualities but the display of the P2 isn't as user friendly.
I have linked a installation video of the # ETBC7 and the P3 # 90195 on a similar vehicle. I have also linked a few diagrams, the installation instructions, and a few Help Articles to this page for your convenience.
