What bolts do I use to attack mtb hitch to my 2015 Toyota Highlander fram ? My hitch did not come with any.

The size of the install bolts that come with the Curt hitch part # C13200 that you referenced are M12-1.25 x 35mm. I looked in our system to see if you bought this hitch from us but I couldn't find you by searching your email address. The hitch should have came with the install bolts. It sounds like they may have somehow escaped the packaging.
You will also need conical toothed washers to go with the bolts. We offer a way to get replacement hardware from us with part # RHK, but for the price of just 6 of the bolt size that I mentioned it would be probably a smarter choice to find them at your local hardware store. Be sure to get Grade 5 or higher.
