Question:

I have a double axle flat trailer by Carson with 15inch wheels. I want to add a new axle with brakes. from what I can tell its 3inch between wheel hole centers but I dont see an axle for that, can you help? other dim are 89inch and 74inch across springs Thanks

Based on the dimensions you listed the # 35545E-ST-89 would fit your trailer since it is overall the correct length and has the correct length between the spring seats. The hubs of this axle have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so you would need to verify that you have the same bolt pattern on your current wheels.

I attached a help article that details how to determine bolt pattern. It sounds like you have a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern though so you would need to go a different route.

You would want the axle part # T3584F-EZ-8974 that has no hubs, trailer hubs part # 84556UC3, and then brake assemblies part # 23-27 and # 23-26.
