This Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel is made to handle serious weight with confidence. The 15" x 5" rim is rated for 2,150 lbs and meets DOT specifications, so it’s ready for demanding hauling. The sturdy steel build keeps its shape under load, giving you a solid foundation for reliable towing mile after mile.
Getting the right fit is simple. This wheel uses the common 5 on 4-1/2” bolt pattern, a 3.19” pilot diameter, and zero offset so the mounting surface sits dead center. That means straightforward installation and even load distribution across your hub—no guesswork or surprises when you bolt it up.
Road grime and moisture won’t eat this wheel alive. It’s finished with an e-coat primer topped by a silver powder coat that seals out rust and corrosion. The result is a clean, durable surface that holds up in wet or humid conditions while keeping its sharp look season after season.
This 15" x 5" wheel pairs easily with popular trailer tire sizes like ST205/75-15 or ST225/75-15, letting you match the tire capacity to your load without changing your wheel setup. The standard 1/2"-20 wheel bolts make it easy to swap on new tires when the time comes without special hardware or adapters.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

The product was shipped promptly via UPS and the tracking feature is a great plus knowing where your product is and when it will arrive 80% satisfied with my purchase I ordered 4 rims 2 of the 4 were scuffed nothing in the box could have made these marks so I would assume they were loaded into the box that way Maybe a little bit more packing material or checking the product before it’s put in the box would be my suggestion

The rims I bought worked great they cleaned u nicely and did their job until I sold the trailer about 4 months ago

These are made in America. I had an issue with my first set of 4, 2 would not balance. Way too much side to side wobble (wanted 11.75 OZ). I contacted them and they quickly sent me out a full replacement set of 4 wheels and pre paid label to ship the others back. The next batch balanced just fine. They did take care of me in a very quick manner. But I was warned, I was told if the second set didnt fix the wobble, that was it. They only warranty them once. If they too, would of been defective, then I was stuck with scrap metal. I contacted Dexstar, makers of the wheel and I was given a direct line and name and was told by their rep if the replacement wheels didnt correct the issue, they would personally make it right for me. So I was in good hands. So a thumbs up for Dexstar wheels too. Thanks eTrailer too, the replacement wheels balanced just fine and thats for your fast replacement shipping too.

I replaced a couple of 25 year old rusty spoke wheels with these Dexstars. They look great and updated the trailer nicely!

Thanks for checking back with me , as you can see the 1998 trailer where is desperately in need of new tires,rims & fenders very please with the service receive parts in a reasonable manner time replaced also the original factory hubs with new true ride electric brakes, had one half-inch chrome wheel lug nut not fit on the stud check back with sale was great to work with them replaced with new one very pleased with the results received within two days also learning by experience using Grease tightening down chrome nuts on this way it did not cause rust to appear on the Chrome edge. Replaced many parts on my other trailers please with the etrailer products thanks again.

Built very nice. They look awesome on my trailer. Kudos to etrailer for safe and secure packing! They were totally protected and undamaged. I can’t say the same for a competitor, they sent rims loose in a box and they didn’t fare well at all and were sent back. This is one of many reasons why I trust etrailer.

Still going strong!
A year later, we are very happy with these wheels. We put Maxxus 8008 trailer tires on them and, in addition to being a very sturdy wheel, they look great.
