Will this rack fit 2016 Toyota Tundra crewmax with bed rail system?

We do have some ladder racks that are compatible with your Tundra that's equipped with the bed rail system.

The most economical choice would be the the Rola # 59799 T3 Truck Bed ladder rack. The rack system includes adapters that allows it to attach to the bed rail system without needing to drill into your brand new truck. The rack has an 800 lb capacity.

TracRac offers the TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack, part # TH43002XT-610 that has a 1250 lb capacity. This rack is also compatible, but if your truck doesn't have stake pockets you'll need to drill into the top of the bed sides to install the mounting rails that allow the rack to slide back and forth.

The Erickson # EM07706 rack you mentioned isn't compatible with your truck because the rail system leaves the underside of the top of the bed rail inaccessible. As you can see in the photo, the rack uses J-bolts to attach to the underside of the bed side rail.
