Question:
I have a 2015 Ford F-150, how do I know if the truck is with or without factory Hitch? Thanks

You can check under the rear bumper of your 2015 Ford F-150 to see if a hitch receiver is installed to the truck frame. Usually a factory-installed hitch will be accompanied by a factory trailer wiring connector like # HM40975. If there is a hitch but no trailer socket you may be able to find a round U.S. Car connector under the bumper that looks like the one shown in the linked photo. This connector plugs in to the back of # HM40975 to provide trailer lighting, 12V power and trailer brake signals if a brake controller like Tekonsha # 90885 is installed.
