Yes, you can install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 from your 2001 Ford F-150 on your 2018 Ford F-150 you just need an adapter, the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 22292.If you didn't grab the bracket from the old vehicle then you will also need the Replacement Mounting Bracket for Tekonsha Prodigy and P2 part # P7685.
