Hello, I have a Prodigy P2 controller. I am looking for the correct wiring harness for a 2018 Ford F-150. Thank you.

You can install your Prodigy P2 trailer brake controller # 90885 in your 2018 Ford F-150 using wiring adapter part # 3034-P.

BUT.....yes, I have to give you one of those...on some of the early production 2018 F-150s Ford omitted the fuse and fuse holder from the power distribution box if the truck does not have the factory integrated brake controller.

On such a truck the wiring adapter will still plug in to the under-dash port but the black wire that is there to supply +12V operating power to the controller will not have power. The remedies are to either have Ford replace the power box with one that has the appropriate holder/fuse or to run your own +12V power wire between the battery + terminal and the black wire at the port using a 30-amp breaker like # PK54530.

Hey Bill, yes you can install the Prodigy P2 brake controller part #90885 in your 2014 Ford F-150 with a factory 7-way without requiring any hardwiring. For that all you need is the part #22292 which plugs into the truck in a port under the dash.
