Since the 2019 Ford F-150 doesn't have any trailer wiring you'd need to first start with a 4-way with part # 18252 and then use a 7-way adapter part # 37185 and you'd be set.
If the trailer has brakes instead you'd need the # ETBC7 for the 7-way adapter and a brake controller like the P2 part # 90885.
