Troubleshooting Stromberg Carlson Electric Jack # JET-5000 That Has Power But Doesnt Function

Question:
i followed all the instruction but the tongue jack still doesnt work. I connected the jack wire to the load line of the breaker then line to the Positive terminal but still doesnt work. Both of my battery are fully charged too. please help

Sounds like your Stromberg Carlson Electric Jack # JET-5000 has power, but does it have a ground to complete the circuit? This jack grounds through the mounting hardware so it would need to be mounted to a trailer that has a solid ground through the frame. The trailer wiring harness of the trailer should have a wire that runs to the trailers frame. This is the ground circuit and it will need to be active for the jack to operate.
