Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at the Stromberg Carlson replacement extend/retract switch. Now, this is going to replace the extend/retract switch for your Stromberg Carlson A-frame tongue jack, electric A-frame tongue jack. And on your screen I am including the model numbers of that jack that this switch is going to fit. So as you can see there on your screen, this is going to fit the 2500 pound, the 3500 pound, and the 5,000 pound jacks.
And this switch is the direct replacement from Stromberg Carlson, so you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of that original one. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. Well, I think that's going to wrap up our real quick look today. This is the second switch. The first switch came in crushed on one side. On contacting etrailer i was advised to send a picture of the damaged switch. Within a couple of hours a new switch was in the mail. The employee i talked to was very professional and courteous. I order numerous items online this was the best customer service I have received yet. The switch is an exact match to me original one. It is easy to install and works well.

Good Morning..The up/down Power Tongue Jack Switch I purchased is sturdy and clean..It was an exact replacement for the one that I thought had gone bad..It turned out to be something completely different and I had to replace the entire Jack..But I now have a replacement for the switch on that one if it ever fails
While the switch works to raise and lower the tounge jack, the rubber boot from the original switch doesn't match the new threads. Additionally the new switch didn't come with a nut so there is no way to secure the switch in the housing. Not sure how I will deal with this yet.
