Did exactly what I needed it to do.
Not 12 inches, 11 and change. A little sideways play 1/2 or so.
this item was a tough one to put in. We have to launch the boat first and then work on getting the roller on. As you might guess, the rods holding the old rollers were rusted and could not just uncrew the nuts and bolts. had to find a cut off wheel to do the job and get new bolts and nuts. shop can do all this in 30 mins, we took three hours, but great product, it works
TWO NEW ROLLERS. NOT FOR MY TRAILER - BUT FOR MY FLOATING DOCK THAT RISES AND FALLS WITH THE TIDES ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY NEAR SAVANNAH GA. SO FAR SO GOOD. AS GOOD AS I MIGHT HAVE BOUGHT LOCALLY IF THEY HAD BEEN IN STOCK AS I NEEDED THEM.. TIME WILL TELL.

A piece of 1" galvanized pipe about 10" long inserted in the roller after removing (then re-installing) one end cap will greatly strengthen the roller.

We used the rollers to construct a boat ramp to pull our pontoon boat out of the water in the winter. We used about 36 of them and placed them at 3 ft. intervals and it worked perfectly . Very good product and at a fraction of the cost at other places.
The keel roller that I ordered was shipped quickly and everything was exactly as ordered. The roller is a replacement for a split one on my boat trailer. Ordering from etrailer.com was easy and economical. I will definitely consider them for any future needs that I may have.

I am not sure. It looks good, but I think it could be to soft, maybe not last to long. At this point, it looks like a nice roller. My biggest concern is that it is to soft and could come apart or even be pushed in to mush witht thw wait of the Boat. I want to make clear I have not put it on the trailer yet.
