Question:
I have a 12inch keel roller with 1inch in diameter bar. I was wondering if this would fit if the white spacers can be removed? thanks

It certainly would. According to Bob Yates of Yates Rubber, the inside diameter of the # YR12000 keel roller is a bit under 1-1/4 inches with the white plastic plugs knocked out. This would be the perfect roller for your needs.
