what is the weight limit of a 12 inch keel roller? some bend on my hoist.

A Keel Roller like the # YR12000 doesn't carry a weight rating because it's not meant to bear the full weight of the boat. They're meant to protect the keel of the boat from hitting into anything on the trailer.
If you're bending the roller shaft, then the roller is sitting up too high or you need to raise the bunks so that not so much weight is resting on the roller.
