Question:

I have 10 keel rollers with 11 1/4 x 5/8 shafts on my boat trailer. Do I need longer shafts to add roller end caps?

The best size replacement keel roller we have is the Yates Keel Roller for Boat Trailers part # YR12000 for black, part # YR1200B for blue, or part # YR1200Y for yellow which all measure 11-3/4" long with a 5/8" diameter shaft. The correct size roller shaft and end caps to use with these rollers is the Roller Shaft with Pal Nuts part # CE10727A which measures 13" long though can be trimmed down. This length will then allow for enough room to add the thickness of the mounting brackets, the CE Smith Adjustable Mounting Brackets part # CE32004G.

I am not really sure what you meant by end caps but if you can clarify this I'd be glad to help.
