This is not a waterproof product. This is my Second Aero tail Light in less then two years. They get full rust inside the box and the lights go out and I got a ticket.
I ordered this trailer light on line etrailer.com. My product came in expected and I mounted it that day. I like these trailer lights because they are very bright, even though their not LED, and they are submersible. Can't beat the price.

Awesome! Happy with my purchase!
This was a direct replacement for a broken tail light on my Tracker TrailStar 17' trailer. I spliced it into an existing harness. Looks and works great. I would say that it is resistant to water damage when submerged. Its not water proof however.I always disconnect the harness from my truck before putting the trailer in the water.

Purchased to replace broken lights on my boat trailer. They fit perfectly using previous mounting holes. Electrical connections straight forward. Left hand unit contained illumination for license plate.
It was a good fit. Had to modify the connection just a bit because of the age of the trailer but basically a bolt on & plug in. Works as advertised and have had the boat trailer in the water several times with no leaks & no shorts.
