The Replacement Side Marker Lens # A37RB is the replacement outer lens for both the LH and RH tail light. It is the same part, you just rotate it for the side you desire. This will work with both the ST37RB and # ST36RB.

The #A39RB is indeed the exact replacement lens for the Optronics #ST37RB trailer light. I have attached a drawing of the lens with the dimensions noted you can check out.

For the taillight assembly part #ST37RB that you referenced there are 2 lens. One of them is the part #A39RB that you referenced that covers the front of the assembly. For the side piece that you referenced you would want the part #A37RB.
