Im replacing my submersible boat trailer lights. The factory lights are Optronics #ST-36 RH and #ST-37 LH. Are the ST-27 and ST-27 compatible replacements?

It sounds like you want to use the Miro-Flex LED Combination Trailer Tail Light - 8 Function - Submersible - 18 Diodes - Driver Side # STL27RB and Passenger Side # STL26RB as replacements for your current lights. That is perfectly fine, and the wires should match up. These are, however, a little longer and shorter when compared to your current lights.
If you would like a direct replacement that matches the size of your current lights you can use the # ST37RB and # ST36RB. If you're looking for the LED equivalent then the correct replacement would be the # STL36RB and # STL37RB.
