Box came a little lopsided and dinged up, but the product was wrapped really well so the powder coat finish was in perfect condition. Its solid and looks great on my Sienna!

Super Service and great productThis is not the first time I've had the pleasure of dealing with etrailer. Again, I've purchased a 2" hitch receiver (previously for an RV, this time for a Sienna). I also picked up T-One wire harness for 4-pole lights (1 for the Sienna, another for a Jeep). Packaging is designed to withstand the abuse of UPS kicking the things off the truck. I'm not kidding here. Also, somebody clearly tried to reach in through the "handhold' in the carton to purloin one of the wire harnesses. Hahahaha, etrailer had you figured out. It was strapped to the hitch receiver bar, most ingeniously. I hope the dude (or dudette) broke a fingernail in the process (grin). Naturallly, the products go on like applying butter to toast when you buy the correct product for your vehicle. If in doubt, just call etrailer. If they are not perfectly 100% sure, they call the factory! Really cool when you have product shipped to a different state and it's exactly correct when you get there. Well, I once had a shipment direct from the factory that did not have the mounting hardware (just a little oops from the factory, not etrailer's fault). A call to etrailer, who called the factory, and the next day the hardware showed up. Now THAT's great service, and is one of the reasons I only deal with etrailer for stuff like this. I don't bother with local suppliers, because they can't get it any cheaper or faster than etrailer, and when something goes wrong, etrailer is *days* faster in making it whole again. Thanks etrailer!
Nice, easy installation. The cutout for the vanity shield was shown too large, but I noticed that from an earlier comment and adjusted before chopping. 2-person job, for sure!
Instructions showed that part of the cover had to be cut out to make clearance, not the case, no cutting was needed. It bolted right to the frame. Instructions for Valley hitch for the same vehicle look correct. Ball was not packed securely in box when it was shipped, lucky it wasn't lost. Spent a lot of time getting the bolt in the rust nuts, used an impact on low power. Use a 2x4 wedged between frame and tail pipe to push the exhaust over instead disconnecting mount.
Easy to follow instructions. Installation went exactly per instructions. Hitch looks good and is solid.

Fantastic item; video instructions worked perfectly. I installed this thing by myself without the benefit of any hydraulic lift.

Great Hitch for the Sienna. It only took me 30 minutes to install it. It fits great the hitch is quite sturdy.

the hitch is very well made.It fits to van perfectly.Is easy to install.I was able to install bolts with out dropping tail pipe,although it would have been easier for starting bolts.Dropping pipe looked to complicated.
